WOYWW #97 - Oh Dear!!!

Happy WOYWW again!! Gosh it do come round very quickly don't it!!!!! And oh dear.... my desk is so full and untidy again.... worse than ever, I think!! But it is still very busy and  creative, even if there is not even room to put down a postage stamp!!!.....  In order to see what I am creating, have a look at the post below this one.... here... which I have entered into several challenges... I had a go at some flowers made from parchment, and they came out really well. The Adirondak color washes took deeply and fully on that paper... They were overprinted with black archival ink and a flower stamp from Elusive Images...

Here are my perfect pearls... I love them as they make everything so glimmery without being brash... By the way, I have not shown mine here, but do buy a scrubbie if you don't have one already... they are fabulous and REALLY get you clean after all your inky sessions, I can't do without mine!!!

If you are wondering why I am shaming myself with my untidy, tarty desk, pop over to the lovely Julia's blog, at Stamping Ground, cos she started it!!!!

Thanks for coming over and looking and commenting, I hope
Love and light
Frankie

I think I am going to have to invest in a scrubbie - at times I look as though I have gone mouldy!

Lovely busy desk, and it has produced some gorgeous makes. I love the dimensional tag and the lovely scissors charm - perfectly balanced.

Happy WOYWW

I really like those flowers you created in the post below. Those inks are really wonderful and I bet that parchment paper is well worth buying.

Your flowers are gorgeous Frankie. You have such interesting products on your desk. I had to laugh at your description of it, I've never heard of a desk being called "tarty" before !!
I definitely need a scrubbie although i think anyone who knows me well knows I come with grimy fingers either from inking or gardening!!

I spy a box of blue beads in your first photo - lush!! I didn't realise Perfect Pearls came in sprays too - I just have the powders, but they are lovely to use.

It's always a pleasure to hear the lovely music on your blog.

Hiya, I do visit your blog fairly regularly but not too good at leaving a comment! Sorry, will do better! Love the tag you made (Previous post) love all the bits and layers.

I am really loving those perfect pearls sprays too but I only have two - gold and red. I like the fact that they are resins and not water based. I think all us crafters are the same, no matter how big our desks are we end up working in an impossibly small space!

thanks for your visit and nice comments. it has given me hope!

That desk looks a whole lot like mine does at the moment, so I think I should start cleaning a little before my friends arrive tomorrow for a play date in my room. Don't want them to run away screaming! LOL
I function at my best at a messy desk, ckean desk are scary things.
Happy very belated WOYWW
