WOYWW #163 - Quiet Week???

Hi Wyggers... another WOYWW has raced round again... where has the year disappeared to?? Anyway, it's time to snoop and spy on the desks of the world, courtesy of our dear leader, Julia at Stamping Ground. What would we do without this session each week ? I know I would be lost!!!
The lamp is on; the new book is coming along; the paper is strokeable; and fairly tidy thinks you??!! Well reasonable to say I am working on something...

Anyway, dear reader, what are happed chez vous this week?? !! I would LOVE to have no news to tell you... mum is mostly settled, my pains are about the same ( but what's new?? -well I have a date to have them injected again on 26th July!!! YEY!!) New car is FAB etc etc... The boys came for a sleepover at the weekend, and the 6 year old, Matthew, announced in the morning that there were "drippy drops of water from the ceiling, Nannar!!" Oops and he was not wrong!!So leaky flat roof had to be done post haste!!! Will the disasters ever stop??? Well I have decided that they won't so I just keep keeping on!!

Short and sweet this week, guys. Hope to see you all chez vous this next week...
Love and light
Frankie

Sorry to hear about the pain, Frankie, but glad your mum is more settled. Some good, some bad this week - nice new car but water coming through the ceiling... Not so good! Hope you get all these problems sorted out soon and can concentrate on being creative!

I like the album/journal on your desk - can't really see what it is but it looks interesting!

Happy WOYWW,

your mishaps sound like mine...new brakes for the car, then the water pump went out, and when we came home from vacation the air conditioning was broken! I stress over all of it and it makes my FM and ME flare up. Stay calm and hope this stops for you! Vickie #67

Your book looks great! Good idea to have that bright light lamp (or how you call it) on the workdesk.
Sorry to hear about the roof... those are not funny things at all!
Take care!
Happy WOYWW!

Not sure what time you took the photo but it looks pretty late to me, no wonder you need your lamp. Doesn't stop you from creating though and your book is lovely. Hope the pain eases and your Mum continues to stay settled.

Hi Frankie, gosh, but you don't have to seek your troubles, but you're right, at times like these you just have to keep on keeping on. Love the way children find just the right words to describe something outside their ken ... 'drippy drops of water' - perfect! Happy WOYWW, Elizabeth x #75

Hi Frankie,

Darn those flat roofs. There's lots of them here. Hope your pain is soon managed and life calms down. I agree with you though, we just have to keep going on.

Your new book looks lovely. Hope you get the leak sorted - must be all the rain we've been having - just so long as it doesn't drip on your craft supplies!
