This card began life in my mind when I looked at the new Joanna Sheen Cottage Garden CD. The stamp for the main image is an Aspect of Design, from the StampMan, but I have forgotten where the other poppy images came from (front and back plate) I painted with Twinkling H2Os, which I have not used for a time, and used the Cut n Dry to fade colour into the edges and corners, in worn lipstick Distress ink. I mounted it on red mirri board and the crease card is a lovely poppy red.
The backing paper, with large poppy seedheads printed in stone grey Stazon, was created with Glimmer Mists, overprinted with alcohol inks - yep!! I got them ALL involved in this one!! So it really shimmers and sparkles, but does not show on the scan... The other paper is from the CD and it wraps round the back. The main image here, on the backer, is printed in the stone grey Stazon, on shiny card from Stamp Addicts... a must have in anyone's stash I reckon.

It's a beauty Frankie - I reach for my twinkling H2Os a lot and here they work to perfection. I love the main stamp on the front of the card
