WOYWW #115 - Blinging it On!!!!

Oh no... I don't believe it's another week since last time I saw you... it's spooky how quickly this year is romping away with me!!! Just wish I could keep up... Well here is my desk, and here is where you should go to visit the ineffable Julia, case you have been in la la land for the last few months!!! tee hee... I have some newly appointed, but old, storage, and I am now keeping my distress inks and pads in these drawers on the right... this bit next to my printer is ALWAYS a mess so I have sorted it a bit with this unit... I can lift out the various colours as and when, quite easily...

The work in progress is for Simon Says Stamp and Show some bling, this week, and the beginning of a tag for TIO, where the theme is child's play... ooo difficult for me as I don't have any appropriate stamps...
I have shown you both finished projects here below...

I made some more of those metail flowers, blow-torched for different colours and I added a bit of inca gold, in purple to match the whole colour scheme... I have a full posting on this one here...

This is the tag for TIO... I also have a DT call out this weeek, as we are loosing two of our members, so if anyone here fancies joining my fab team, please just email me and I will consider you as a teamie!!! - frankie@gaywood.net

Thanks for looking and commenting.... don't forget the birdcage swap - deets here, as there is still plenty of time to join in...and most of all have a GREAT week and ENJOY your crafting
Love and light
Frankie

Wonderful Bling-project. Love the dress you've made with these lace pieces. Your tag with the children looks lovely too. Good idea to use a picture instead of a stamp. Thanks for sharing.
Bye, Franka

Blowtorch? Lordy I'd burn the place down trying to get the colour I wanted! Your flowers do look utterly gorgeous though..as though cast in something.

Love the bling thing and those metal flowers are stunning... what metal do you use? Not sure about the blow torch as I don't have one of those... wonder if DH would like to buy one for the garage and then I could 'borrow' it??? LOL

yep those flowers do look the bees knee and better! Love all the craftyness, I would love to join in, but I just know my effort? (?) would look like the 'bottom' of the cage!!! Happy WOYWW

Nothing wrong with a bit of bling! But a blow torch? Good god, I'd have to have the fire brigade on stand by!!

Lovely lovely work! Would love to have a stab at your design team but as my craft room is upside down and inside out at the mo, I'd better pass this time.... LOL.... Thanks for stopping by

Blowtorch - my DH would be having a fit if I started messing around with one of those ... he already has a problem with me using one of those gas lighter thingies for making lollipop flowers!! However, your flowers are soooo gorgeous I might be tempted to try :) Lovely tag - the image is really cute. Elizabeth x #70
